SilverSeal CS™ 50 µm Acrylic Adhesive Sealing Film are not recommended for PCR or thermocycling. A single non-perforated end tab simplifies application. Simply hold the tab and strip the backing from the body of the sealing film as it lays on the plate to avoid curling. Dimensions are 82.6 by 132.6 mm, including the single 9.5 mm end tab. ThermaSeal RTS™ Optically Clear, Silicone Adhesive provides an extremely strong seal to minimize evaporation. The silicone adhesive is non-tacky until pressure is applied to the sealing surface which then creates a secure bond around the wells and perimeter of the plate. Also ideal for dry samples (e.g. soil, seeds, insects, etc.) because the non-activated adhesive above the wells remains non-tacky. A roller or sealing paddle is highly recommended for use with this product to ensure consistent and adequate pressure is applied during the sealing process. Certified DNase- & RNase- free.

Compared to other aluminum foils, Aluminum Foil Sealing Film has less tendency to roll back on itself when removing the backing paper. Certified DNase- and RNase- free. ThermalSeal MiniStrips provide a quick and cost effective method for selectively sealing one or two 8-well rows when using PCR plates for small runs. Made of resistant polypropylene film with a strong adhesive for firm bonding to plates.
Adhesive films are specially designed for use as microplate covers. Prevent sample evaporation and contamination in sensitive PCR applications. RNase/DNase free. It is thermostable and functional from -40°C to +120°C at 75% humidity.

Xtreme™ Seal features an extra-strong thick adhesive to minimize evaporation, yet removes easily without leaving residue on the plate. Features chamfered corners to eliminate plate overhang for robotics applications and tight storage conditions. Certified DNase- & RNase- free. Ideal for use with raised-rim and non-skirted PCR plates. Selection of the proper film size will minimize evaporation. The film should not overhang or ride up the wall of a raised-rim plate. More complete coverage of skirted flat-top plates will reduce evaporation in the outer wells. End-tab removal before thermal cycling is highly recommended.
